3 EASY STEPS TO ADVERTISE YOUR PROPERTY - NEW ONLINE SERVICE!

Welcome to the Private Sellers Advertising Centre.

Please read through the following information to guide you through our online advertising service to place your property on our sites. When you have read the guide, please click the 'Sell my Property' link at the foot of this page to begin.

VENDORS INSTRUCTION
Please CLICK HERE to read and print a copy of our Private Vendors Agreement for your records. This is  important information to ensure that all parties comply with the Property Misdescriptions Act.

Once you have read and printed the form, you may proceed to Step One.

STEP ONE - YOUR PROPERTY AND YOU
This page is where you will enter the specific details for your property. In some parts of the form you are asked to select from a menu, please ensure that you have chosen the correct item from each of the lists.

Once you have completed and sent the form, your details will be sent to our offices and you will be taken to our confirmation and Payment section for instructions on how to pay.

STEP TWO - YOUR DETAILS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
This page will provide details of the two payment options available to you. Please follow the instructions for the payment method you have chosen on this page.

STEP THREE - PHOTOGRAPHS
The final step is sending us your photographs. You will be offered three ways to supply your photographs, these are: 
By post where you can send prints or pictures on a floppy disc to the address below OR
Direct Upload from your PC - If you have saved your photographs on your PC you can browse to the folder on your PC and send them directly to the site.
OR
By Email where you can save your pictures in JPEG format and email as an attachment to sforshaw@itlnet.com
(Please note that your property address needs to be included for either method to enable us to match this with the correct property details)

GOING LIVE!
Once you have completed all these three steps, we will process your advert and your property will be live on our sites (Usually within 24 hours of receiving your photographs)
