• I/We confirm that I/we have the authority to instruct ITL to display the property details enclosed on their Internet Site and I/we authorise ITL to publish details of my/our property on their Internet site.

• I/We confirm the details of my/our property have been supplied by myself/us and that ITL can no way be held responsible for their accuracy.

• I/We understand that ITL will display up to six colour photographs per property on their Internet Site. These photographs are to be of any size, orientation to be landscape preferably. I/We understand that these photographs cannot be returned.

• I/We understand that ITL can supply a standard ‘for sale board’ at an extra cost of £10 (inclusive of postage for a limited time only), the erection of which will be the sole responsibility of myself/us.

• In the event of my/our property being sold, I/we undertake to inform ITL immediately so that the details can be deleted from the Internet Site.

• I/We understand that ITL are not in any way acting as an Estate Agency.

• I/We understand that ITL will be unable to process my/our property details without the payment of the £39.95 + VAT (fully inclusive of Vat) fee due. Erection of the board to be my/our responsibility.

• I/We understand that ITL do not give any guarantees that my/our property will ultimately be sold by way of their Internet Site.

• I/We understand that ITL cannot take any verbal instructions relating to my/our property. All details, amendments to price etc. must be in writing, quoting the ITL invoice number.

• I/We understand that if we choose to purchase an Virtual Tour from E-House that this a a direct transaction between ourselves and E-House. ITL's sole responsibility is to display the Virtual Tours as supplied by E-House.

I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT ITL WILL NOT PROCESS MY PROPERTY WITHOUT  MY/OUR CHEQUE OR CONFIRMATION OF CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT FOR £39.95 + VAT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
